The briefing was to refurbish and redesign this apartment in Chelsea, by bringing it to the 221st century with bespoke high end finishes to create a luxury apartment.
Grzegorz Piekarz worked as a site manager, in charge of all phases of the project including demolition, refurbishment, installation of services (1st and 2nd fix), joinery and managing the entire team, delivering also a high quality result at the end of the project.

Grzegorz Piekarz acted as the Site Manager for Sites and Locations Ltd, the main contractor on the Basement and Superstructure Contract. During his time
on the project, as the Site Manager, Grzegorz Piekarz has been in charge of the day to day site operations, a workforce of approximately fifteen workmen,
extensive plant and equipment. He ensured that the structural design and the complex Temporary Works scheme were implemented in a safe and efficient manager
in accordance with the complex sequence as designed by the structural Engineers.
